As of now, we do not offer the ability to track refunds as they make their way back to your customer. However, in most cases our Support Team can supply you with a one-time tracking number that your customer can use with their bank to ensure pending arrival. This is only in cases of where the normal time-table for refunds is exhausted.
Just a reminder - refunds to your customer typically take 2 business days, but can take up to 7 business days to be deposited in your customers bank.
