We are transitioning from a totally phone based appointment system to using Square appointments. In order to make this transition, I know we are going to have to take some appointments over the phone for few months. For my older clients who don't have emails, can I still book an appointment for them in the tool? It seems like the client information page requires an email to save the appointment - and I can't fin anyway to configure that as a setting. Thank you!

While customers visiting your booking site will need to provide both email and phone number, you can absolutely create appointments directly from your calendar for your clients who don't have one or either. Hope that helps!
