Can I set up a payment key for charges to be billed later?

I am trying to set up a payment key to allow the Dr's at my Facility to charge there sale. So I can bill at the end of the month to each one.

After ringing items up, I need a way to close a check without collecting payment. So I can bill for the products at a later time. 

I run a cafe located in small hospital. Our Dr.'s are allowed to sign for their food and then we bill them individually at the end of the month. I need to be able to close a check with out it hitting my cash or credit totals. While being able to print a ticket for them to sign off on and be logged for later billing.

@BayouCafe it sounds like you may want to utilize our Invoices feature, which will allow you to add items to the invoice until the end of the month where you will then email your client the final total. Editing the invoice will not print a ticket for them, though, so you will still need to utilize open tickets on your point of sale to get a ticket order to print for the "in the moment" transactions.
