Can I retrieve items that were deleted?

I somehow managed to delete an item from my inventory.  This item has many variations with costs entered & it will take some time to re-enter all the information.  Is there a way to retrieve an item once it has been deleted from the catalog? I'm working on the Square dashboard, this is not an online shop item. Also, how does that affect my total inventory cost & cost of goods sold report if these items are just deleted?

@karah1 deleted items can't be retrieved. I don;t think historical reporting will be altered as long as you recreate the same exact item. I would check with a Retail advocate  to make sure tho.
