specifically from the Contact section to the Gallery section. Or the the top navigation bar.

I think that gives me somewhat of a better idea of what you are looking for.

I found a couple helpful resources from the Weebly Support Center that may be useful here. First off, you can upload links to files and images in your site by following the tips from this resource article. But I think your best bet is going to be this general link creation resource. It will teach you how to set certain links to be embedded in your navigation bar and in other portions of your website.
