Can I merge transactions?

Made invoice after I took CC payment now I have duplicate transactions - need to merge the payment received with the invoice.

After the fact, you can't change transactions.

I'm not sure how you took the payment but in the future, you can pay the invoice directly with the credit card so there isn't a duplicate transaction and the invoice is marked paid.
