Can I enter a sale that did not get completed earlier today?

2 transactions did not complete today. I kept losing internet connection. I know now to keep the offline mode on. Can I find those transactions that were swipped and get them to become approved now, about 8 hours later from the first sale?

These 2 customers are regulars and their credit card number has been recorded many times.

Offline mode should help with this issue for all payments moving forward, but for the payments that failed you'll need to reach out to your customer to charge them successfully.

 

While you may have charged these customers in the past, unless you've saved their card using the Card On File feature, you'll need to charge them by either sending an invoice, swiping/dipping their card, or keying in their card information. .
