Can I do a discount such as $15 off $100

I want to do a discount such as $15 off $100, if a customer buys something that is less than $100 I don’t the coupon to apply is that possible, even if the cashier tries to apply the coupon.

you can do any discount off you want but there is not a way to restrict what discount can be applied based on a variable like an amount spent.
