I want to be able to delete an employee. Not just detactivate but actually delete them from my system. I have many that are duplicated and just know they will never be back. How can I cancel them altogether.
While I do not believe this is possible, you do have the ability to filter your employee list. In fact, your emloyee list should defaul to active employees when you click on Employees. Hope this helps!
Agreed that it's probably not possible. Many (most/all) states require an employer to retain all employee records for some period of time after they've been terminated.
Ok, it's just the duplicated ones I would like to delete. They are inactive, but I just hate seeing a whole group of them that are the same pesron. Thanks!
