Can I add categories to my Booking Site?

I would like my booking site to have a better, professional look with the Categories for my services, to make it a more streamlined booking process for my clients.  Right now, there is every single service that a client has to move through to find what they want.

That applies only to the items for online checkout not booking appointments. I would appreciate a more clean look to be able to separate my hair, nail, and makeup services instead of one giant list.
