You could add an item labeled "Delivery Fee", under a misc. Category and add to any invoice as needed.  Either set it as a set price or variable depending on your needs.

How do I reach the Misc. Category to add that on my invoice?

Oh sorry, I just created a category for my business called Miscellaneous for odds and ends things that don't fall into the main category. 

So if you wanted to go that route just simply create a new category and call it whichever you like. You can simply add the new  "delivery fee" item with or without a category.
