Can I access information if account is closed?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original.

We are closing our business; however I need to keep data about our business for at least 3 years back.  How can I ensure that we keep the data from Square?

Also, we have two iPADs we used to take orders.  If I delete everything from the tablets; will all the data still be available using my computer?

Account information will always be accessible from your Online Dashboard even if your account is dormant or closed. This means you can access all of your reporting information, customer data, and historical sales at any time.

In regards to your iPads and lost data - you should have no problem accessing account info from your computer if iPad data is erased. All account and transaction information are uploaded to our Servers in order to be re-accessed.

What do I need to do to stop paying fees. I was charged for payroll but have no employees   All employees are shown inactive.

Hi again, @Cafezinho - you can check to make sure you have no outstanding subscription services directly from your Online Dashboard in your Pricing & Subscriptions tab.

As far as transaction fees go, we will only continue to take a small percentage fee for each transaction when and if transactions are taken. Since it sounds like you won't be taking anymore transactions through Square, you should be good to go!
