For employees to submit business expenses for most businesses you need to attach the receipts to an expense report. This requires a standard format (jpg, pdf). Why is there no option to send receipts to customers as a simple pdf instead of msg? As it stands now if I want to submit my expenses I need to print out the email and re-scan as a pdf before uploading - that or export to a pdf editor - which is a real pain for customers. This is a very common problem. Are there any option to change the send receipt format?

At the moment, our system does not have the ability to convert/send our receipts into PDFs. We definitely see how it could benefit your business model. Our product teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to update you if any new features are available.
