CREDIT CARD DISPUTE

Hi, 

 

a client of ours disputed a credit card charge for a deposit or an event. I have proof from the client in an email that she didn't meant to do so and I STILL lost the dispute and therefore my account is being debited for NO REASON! I provided all the documents that this client agreed to the our payment and still lost. I do not know how this is possible.

Hi @louisadelrio. Sorry about that outcome. The customer's bank has the final say for the outcome of a dispute. You should have some correspondence from our Disputes team via email. Those decisions are final, so you might have to get with your customer and process the payment again.
