Hi @GREGSTREESEV. When you change your sales tax percentages from your dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Business Information -> Sales Taxes, that change is effective basically immediately — however much lag time is needed to inform all of your POS, stores, etc, about it.
The same goes for changing the sales tax% on a POS and saving it. Both should be relatively immediate.
