Anyone know why my clients are only able to see the current month and not the rest of the year? I have clients that are looking to book 2-3 months in advance.

There is a setting under your Appointments tab to change how far out your customer's can book. Adjusting this should solve the problem you're seeing.
Go to you Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking > Online Scheduling. It will look something like the screenshot below. 
Give this a try and let me know if it doesn't do the trick!
