Automatic Rate Quote Generating

We are a delivery and transportation company for people, packages, and pets.  I want to know if there is any applications that will our customers to enter there location and final destination on our website that will automatically generate a rate quote for them?   

I would rather this be a rate quote that pops up in another window rather than send to the customer in an email.  

Please let me know if there is anything like this or something similar maybe?

We don't currently offer an automated feature that can calculate quotes based on distance traveled/destination, though I will be sure that our Point of Sale team sees your post.
