I noticed today that the authorization slips for transactions run using the chip reader are not printing. Is there a new setting for this? I have the "customer signs on printed receipt" selected along with teh "automatically print receipt" option on the printer screen. Without the authorization slips, I do not have a way for customers to leave tips or sign. Thanks for the help!
Hmm, strange, @originalfingers. With those settings enabled, your receipts for authorization should still be printing, regardless of using a chip reader. We won't be able to take a closer look at your settings in particular here in the Community, but give us a call so a team member can check it out with you.
