Are there fees for every time an e-gift card is used?

For example: it says its free to create the gift card, but once they are purchased there is a fee, which I understand. I haven't been able to confirm the fee situation for when the e-gift card actually gets used. If theres $50 on the card, and someone uses it twice for separate orders, am I charged a fee for each transaction or is it just the initial fee when the card is purchased?

the fee is just to load it with a credit card, there is no fee for you or the customer to use it for payments.
