Appointments Sync Shows Personal Appointment Details

When syncing my google calendar to appointments I am trying to figure out if there is a way to prevent the square calendar from showing the details of my personal appointments and just show it as blocked.

For instance, if I'm open for appointments from 10-6 but I have a doctors appointment at 1pm that day and put it on my personal google calendar I want it to auto block that time on square appointments so that nobody can schedule me during that time, however I don't want staff to be able to see the details of that appointment.

Can anyone help with this question?

Hey @SummitMassage!

I checked in with the Appointments team and there currently isn't a way to hide the details since your Appointments calendar is syncing all information from your personal calendar. You would have to remove the details within your personal calendar and then it will no longer show within Appointments.
