Hello @swiftpt! If you adjust your Calendar & Booking settings to 'Appointments are scheduled According to Service Duration' then your clients should be able to book the next available appointment and not be limited to appointments on the quater hour.  

 

 

If you're booking appointments from the calendar you should be able to click on any time to book the appointment - or if you click 'Create Appointment' you can enter any time (even though the drop-down menu will show 15 minute increments).

Hi, 

I also need to change the 30 mins increments to 25 mins.

If I choose "According to service durations" it will not work. I already put service: haircut 25 mins.

However when I open at 9am, I would like to have 9:00-9:25, 9:25-9:50 so the customer won't just make an appointment randomly at 10am.

When someone book at 10am, it will throw off the timing before that.

Can you please change so I can customized the time?

I would like my clients to be able to book on 15min increments like 10:15 or 10:45. Right now the online scheduler only lets them book on 30 mins slots like 10:30 . How can I enable this for online booking? Thanks

15 minute increments should already be an option as stated on this thread and the settings to change these are located above.
