Appearance changes to my receipts aren't saving?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: receipt color sends in green]

 

I have customized my receipt > Account & Settings > Receipt and selected the blue color, and saved my changes. But when I send the receipt, it defaults to green. 

 

Anyone else having this problem? Or know how to resolve it?

Hi Isabelle_

 

Yes it was for digital receipts.

 

False alarm, I guess I was too impatient! I checked again and the color and formatting is as I have edited it to be. My guess is that green was the default color and needed a bit of time (it was about 24hrs) for the changes to take effect.

 

I was making these editions/custom changes on a laptop.

Hmmm. I have not heard of this issue. This is for digital receipts I'm assuming? What device are you making these changes on?
