Hello!
I updated the Square Register app on my android tablet and now I can't print receipts from the Activity menu. I am able to print test prints in the Print Station Settings and when I print the Cash Drawer summary.
So what happens when I press Issue Receipt>Print Receipt, the app crashes and restarts. For now, I am emailing receipts which works.
Rebooting, Uninstalling and reinstalling app does not work.
Please help!
That does sound a bit strange.
Does this happen when a receipt is printed after a sale, or only when you attempt to re-print the receipt from the Activity tab?
Have you tried this on any other device?
Any of the Activity items, including previous transaction.
I'll have to bring out another tablet to try to do it on a different device.
You've done most of the troubleshooting that I would recommend thus far.
Try using another tablet and see if the issue continues.
Let me know what the results are.
