Anyone using the online store?

I am trying to set up the store and understand everything but can't get an image to load properly to the featured image.  Any help would be appreciated.

I just opened a store.  In setting up I came across pix sizes that are allowed for each theme.  Unfortunately I can't remember where that was, but perhaps you can look around the site.

Sorry, I thought you had to choose one when setting up the store (i.e., I chose to try Big Commerce and would try to help if you also had BigCommerce as your Online store). 

I'm new as well and not sure about the "Square store" and thought we had to use one of the other website's Online stores...
