Hi, I’m having the same issue since last week. Contacted “Customer success” team numerous times and still not fixed. Now, we can’t even open the app on our iPad or iPhone any longer!!! HELP!!!
Has it been fixed now? I got an email from Square yesterday saying that the technicians have found the issue that it was affecting about 20% of square users and that the issue has been fixed. As of the time that email which was about 5:30 p.m. Eastern all of my apps and everything are back up and running.
I'm having that same issue now but it's with all of the square apps! The POS the invoice appointments all of them I'm getting the same cannot sync error message that everybody else was getting. This has been going on for about 5 days since 9:21/22! Just today at about 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time I finally had somebody confirm for me that the technicians are working on my issue which is more information than anybody is giving me in the last 5 days. I know it's not my device because I've tried my Android phone my iPad as well as my husband's iPhone to other friends' Android and Google devices and under multiple different Wi-Fi and data networks. So far these issues only cost me about $300 but for a one-person part-time business that's a hell of money! And there's still no fix in sight!
My business creates locations almost every weekday. (I often make 3-4 per day.) We operate in approximately 20 locations per week. Starting yesterday, ALL new locations give this error and we cannot add sales tax to any location. Now after 2 hours on the phone, all of the technicians act as though they have never heard of a CBS error. We are no closer than when we started.
