after about an hour the app keeps telling me to reconnect to internet, even though I am connected to the internet. How do I fix this problem ,am tired of losing sales because of this
Hey @damcar1 - could be a couple things
1. App is acting glitchy, reinstalling the app usually is the fix.
2. You're is experiencing network issues. If connected to wifi, reset your router or contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance. If using mobile data, turn data off then back on
