Is it possible to add a flat rate charge to a specific item or category?

Adding a flat rate charge is definitely doable with Square. To provide the best answer possible, I would love to get some more details about what kind of transactions you are looking to apply a flat fee to. Are you using the Online Store or rather Square Point of Sale?
