Hi
I have a new Square account and I am being asked to;
When I go to add this information, I get:
"Add Your Business Information
Enter information of any business partners and owners to verify your business profile."
But once link is clicked, I cannot find where this information needs to go to actually add it.
Need help please

I was able to track down your current case on our end and found that you have recently spoken to our Messaging Support team.
To reiterate here, it looks like the Account Services team is currently reviewing the information you have already submitted. The process seems to have created a small glitch in the notification popup on your online Square Dashboard. Rest assured, the review is underway and is expected to be completed within 1 - 3 business days.
You will receive an email notification from this team once the review has been completed.
If you don't hear back from this team within the provided timeframe, please let me know and I'll be happy to follow up here.

I'm having similar trouble as BARK1 except I'm able to put my info where it needs to be but when I click continue to move forward it keeps saying something went wrong and to try again later, but I've tried numerous of times and it's still saying the samething,even after I've re-installed the app few times. Dont know what else to do need help

We suggest using a supported web browser, such as Google Chrome, on a computer when uploading your files. @Arie I'm using a smart phone, now all of sudden its telling me my number is blocked now I cant even get past when they send you a phone code to verify your account!!!! What is going on here????

It looks like you've found yourself on the Australian Seller Community page. I recommend first reaching out to the US Support Team for assistance in accessing your account. Unfortunately, if you've changed your mobile number prior to updating your Two-Step Verification settings, you'll be required to verify your information over the phone in order to regain access to your account.
