This is a feature needed desperately by restaurants. Customers tend to order the same thing every time. We have 3000+ customers. We need to be able to "Add a customer" to Sale, view a previous Activity item, and (new feature) Add Items to Current Sale. This should probably just be a button next to Issue Refund. So many people say they want what they had last time, but with 3000+ customers and different people answering the phones, we simply can't remember. We often have to jot down all the previous Items after viewing the customer's previous Activity, and then manually add everything to the new ticket while the customer waits on the phone. Please help.

I love to hear that you have so many regulars who want to re-order the same items over and over - what a lovely sign of customer loyalty ✨ This would be considered a feature request at this time, but I can see how this would be useful for in-person payments. I love trying new things at my favorite spots, but I also have spots that I revisit to eat the same things.
