Acuity reservations going towards Square Loyalty stars

I just recently signed our Cat Cafe up for the Square Loyalty program and want to see if there's a way for my customers to get stars from purchases that are made through the Acuity scheduling application. When a customer pre-pays for a reservation, via Acuity, it processes through Square and shows up on my Square dashboard but not towards the customer's loyalty status.

 

Is there are way to streamline this process so I do not have to manually update a person's loyalty points when they make a reservation through the Acuity/Square integration?

We do not currently have a partnership set up with Acuity that would allow your customers to accumulate stars as you've described, though I'll be sure to surface this with our Product Liaison team.

 

In the meantime, you may want to have a look at our Point-of-sale API and touch base with a developer to see if there's a solution that makes sense for your business. Learn more about on our developers page: squareup.com/developers.
