I do not need to track individual team sales, so I don't need to set up individual team members.
I want to block employees from seeing reports at the point of sale but retain my ability to see them on the dashboard.
On 9-26-19 @Acoustic replied to a user to use the free option to set restrictions at the POS. What are the steps to do this?

When I setup the restrictions I had to setup 2 Accounts for Team Members with the Free version.
1 Account was the Owners account which had a security Pin
2 I set up was a Staff Account with a Pin
Then I set each account with different access abilities or restrictions.
So all sales showed as Sales Associate no individual name.
