My shop has 2 locations that share a common bank account. Quickbooks Online only allows me to manage the accounting for a single Square location. Are there accounting apps available that synch with Square to allow me to separately and jointly track the financials for multiple locations? Alternatively, is there a workaround in Square or tips/tricks that will allow me to independently manage the sales of both stores as a single location in Square? This would help to overcome the Quickbooks limitation -- unless other accounting apps are available that solve this problem. Please advise.

Have you had the chance to check out Kashoo Accounting? I know their integration supports accounting for multiple locations. I think SAP Business one and Sage Live might support this too, but SAP can be a bit pricey.
