I have a couple of questions:

 

1. What is Quarto Publishing's customer code? I need this to call for customer support.

 

2. We have a list of products on our square and would like to update with our revised list. How do we do?

 

3. For this list of products, we will need 3 different prices for each item -

example: ABC Coloring book costs $15.00

At show site we want to offer 40% off, which would be $6.00 off. The selling price on show site would then be $9.00

 

Would we put in these equations prior to imputting on your template or would you do that for us?

 

4. Are there any helpful articles on this subject or can I go to an app store?

1. You can located your customer code by signing into our Support Center. Once you select and issue and phone support, it will be displayed. 

 

2. You can check out this our Support Center.. It covers the process for importing items online. 

 

3. It sounds like you could assign three different variable prices for the same item. This Support Center article should help explain this process. It recaps item variants and price points.
