How do you accept a card if the customer is paying over the phone?

Yes, you can. It should show up as an option when you hit charge and the payment type should have manually enter card. But remember your processing fee to do this is way more

When you go into square, click on Virtual Terminal.
You can take a card# put in the amount (make sure you look at the sales tax- it automatically adds it, if you don't use that or like me have it already added in, make sure to uncheck the tax box).
