Today a woman contacted me and said she got a text that I charged her credit card. I have no record of this. It's the weekend so I can't call. What could be going on? Has this ever happened to anyone else? I am very concerned!
We've had something similar once. An email receipt was sent to someone who did not visit our shop. We believe it was a mistake in the entered email address from the customer.
