I need to find out about a charge from squareup.com that appears to be a charge from Square but I have no record of it or what it is for. The amount was automatically withdrawn from my business checking account that is linked to my square POS. The detail on the transaction details is not enough to verify.
Do you use their email, payroll, team management services at all?
No, I do not. My only other thought is that it is some retailer that I used that day that uses a square as well.. but just don't have their info filled out on their account? I save all my receipts... as well as those emailed... and couldn't find anything.
That could be it too. Have you called square to ask them about it?
