Square Register Release Notes: SQUID 2.62

Hello Square Community! Here are the latest release notes, which will be updated about every three weeks with software updates for Register.

New features available in SQUID 2.62:

• [New Feature] Even Splits

It’s now easier to split bills. Enter how you need to split a bill and we’ll do the math for you. Then accept payment for each bill as usual.

• [New Feature] Custom Loyalty Terminology

Square Loyalty now lets you customize the name of what customers collect with each transaction. Points, stars, something else—you decide.

• [Bug Fixes] We made a number of other bug fixes and stability improvements to keep you running smoothly.

You can check which version of SQUID you have by going to Settings > General > About Register. If you don’t see this feature immediately, don’t worry.
