Shift time rounding

We pay hourly staff based on time worked, but we round it up or down in 15min increments. I would love the option to set rounding rules based on their clock in/out times so that it automatically rounds up or down to the nearest 15min increment. This would make payroll so much easier for me if I didn't have to manually adjust everyone's shifts!
