SPLIT items on bill, by seat number, etc

Square for Restaurants ... OK, we're going on YEARS now of canned responses.. when can we expect an update to the Split Bill function?

You ALLOW menu items to be assigned to Table when diners order, yet cannot split individual items by Table (i.e. nachos, bottle of wine, etc). Nor do you allow simple splits by Seat Number. Baffling.

Also- please allow the changing of Seat assignments to fired items... people move seats sometimes.
