I keep having a problem. I posted about this the other day but I can’t see anybody’s responses. Somebody just booked at 4:30 on a Saturday and my books are marked off at 3:30. I keep telling Square Appointments about this issue. I can’t be the only person this is happening too? . They’re able to book on Christmas Day all kinds of things when it’s a event personal event not an appointment, but my Saturday schedule is a fixed schedule and don’t work late on Saturdays and they were able to book. An hour after my closing time.

I am sorry to hear that this has been happening and that you didn't hear back about this. My first thought is have you checked that your Staff Locations are set correctly?
