I am a huge Square supporter but I have found a bug and they will not fix it. I am Almost ready to leave appointments since I pay and they do not listen to me. Last Christmas I had marked myself off for the day with a personal event. Someone was able to book over that ? I could not figure out what was going on. It happened three more times this year and they’re not fixing the issue. I realize the bug is when my iPhone is not automatically updated and my iPad is then it overrides the personal event. They’re fix for this is to tell me to change everything from personal event to one time change.Then why have the personal event on there? It has worked fine up until last year. I’ve already set my calendar for the entire year. I’m extremely busy. I’m Internet famous I have a waitlist at 20 to 30 people. It’s creating hell in my life and they will do nothing to fix it. Anybody else having this problem?
PLEASE ADVISE I have reported it 4 times they do not care and I have lost every single client that gets mad when I cannot accommodate them .
