I am using Square to run my esthetician business and I am now adding Electrology. There are certain services I would like to be booked on certain days. Does Square allow this?
Also, I want to book services that may require a separate appointment to be booked prior. Does Square offer this feature? I believe I have seen something like this, but maybe not.
And, lastly, Can square take prepayments for some services and not all? I have a lot of different clientele and only want my Electrology clients to prepay..
Hey yes you can turn on your prepayment option under your dashboard. Use a laptop vs your phone it’s much easier to navigate through.
as for special days yes there is a way. You can make a 2nd employee but name it something that the clients will understand.
man’s make it so the hours available are for that specific service.
so for me I have my hair services available when I work BTC and then I have my consulting on the days not BTC. And the services are only available for my hair days and consulting is only on the days I allow it.
you can have the client do a “booking fee” and prepay for whatever you want it to. Or you can send them an invoice, or you can create a special link under your online store that you can send them that will work too.

Oh That’s a great way to offer a service / item for a specific day! - creating an employee as a service -.
I did this, but the second employee is not showing up for the service. So frustrated.
