So, like my question titled stated, some of my clients aren't no-show protected, even though i have my 'booking with no- show protection' turned on. How can I resolve this issue so that I can be protected?

Because when we book it for them they don't get a confirmation email or text requiring them to secure the appointment. It automatically confirms it because we booked it. They need to fix that and send out a no show protection email confirmation email.
