Many of our massage customers book online. The problem is there appointment becomes locked and is shown as "Complete" even though they have not arrived yet. If we want to assign a different massuese it does not let us if "Complete". We would rather just be able to see how much was paid so we could edit the service - whether moving on the calendar under a different masseuse, or adding additional requested services
Then we would be able see how much paid so far, and how much is owed on checkout, and they can add a tip too, without needed to mannually type a dollar amount to charge).
But most importantly, locking up the appointment under the original masseuse assigned when prepaid causing large scheduling headaches on our calendar.
