Our purpose is for you to find connection, advice, encouragement, and community with fellow women in business and allies. This community is built for and by you, so make it your own.

First step: Introduce yourself in this thread! We want to get to know each and everyone one of you here. Stuck on how you should introduce yourself to other lady bosses? Here are some things to cover: Tell us who you are, what you’re working on and what type of business you own. If you have an online store, feel free to share with the group!

Our guiding principles

We all want productive, friendly conversation propelling us forward. Keep these in mind when posting:

• Share actionable information/material. We want this group to provide advice and actions that you can implement immediately to improve your business. Give context when asking questions and be detailed in your responses. Post about the difficult things so we can figure out an answer together as a community.
• Assume good intent. Tone on the internet is very difficult to convey. Let’s assume that everyone posting here comes from a place of good intention, so we can do the same. If anything feels amiss, please report it to our moderators.
• Treat your fellow sellers with respect. We all come from different backgrounds and may not always agree with one another, but we can always treat each other with respect. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment or abuse of sellers or moderators because this should be a happy place on the internet.
• No spam or excessive self promotion. We’ve all seen those groups with the same people posting the same thing every single day. Let’s respect each other’s time and refrain from this type of excessive self promotion. But, by all means, when it’s time to celebrate you, shout that accomplishment from the rooftops!

My name is Amy, I was born and raised in Dallas, TX, but now I live in Oklahoma City, OK with my hubs and 4 legged fur baby AnnaBelle. 

I started my hobby of jewelry making in April 2020 and had a few people that wanted to buy what I made...so I made a side "business" of it. I don't have a store or shop anywhere...I just sell here and Facebook.

I’m a Square super fan- I use so many of the products and am extremely impressed that they are constantly working to improve and make it better, so that mom and pops like me can get the biggest bang for our bucks.

My name is Mykel. I am the founder of ¥ 11:22! We are a pseudo-science business dedicated to being the revolution that brings the entire pseudo-science community into representation! We sell numerology readings, astrology readings, tarot readings, oracle readings, and more! We are currently still starting up, but we are doing well enough! With enough hard work, we will get there 🙂

Right now, we are still working on expanding our business to host more services, but for right now, we're still trying to get our name out there! Hubspot has been an interesting tool to try to figure out on your own haha!

Hello! Thank you for my acceptance in your community! My name is Nancy. I just started on Square, just got my own domain and really just trying to get my business up and running. So, any advice is more than welcome! I work out of my home at the moment, i create custom made dreamcatchers, wall decorations, car accessories, and handmade, crocheted baby blankets. I also, have christmas ornament decorations and christmas wall / window decorations. Everything is customizable and personalized. I've been creating and crafting for years but, as i said just started the business. In the past, its just been for family and friends. So, any help? Please i need all i can get!
