CAN WE ADD TIPS IN CHECKOUT SCREEN?

I WANTED TO ADD A TIP WHEN CHECKING OUT ONLINE OR IN THE STORE. HOW DO I DO IT? I DONT SEE THE TIPPING OPTIONS IN MY SETTINGS?
