I had to reset my login password today , it took me 38 minutes on the phone .Store was packed  I had to spell 'Password"4 times . It took her quite while to find out what questions she had to ask for verification .She is not able send an email for password reset . Why I had to deal with very thick accents all the time , we do not understand each other . I asked her to find someone else she put me on hold and said she can not find anybody else . Weekends always so busy please schedule someone who can answer all the questions , you are responsible for the business I lost today .
