Hey there @wheelsonfire.. I guess you didn't read the requirements for feature request submissions. Yours violates two of them.
- The submission cannot be a general complaint.
- • The submission cannot be general product feedback.
Discussions like this are appropriate in the general Community. But I will follow up. No software company "goes back" as they move forward. Yes, there are issues with the new Order Manager, but Square is working on those when they are pointed out to them in a civil manner (which your post was not). If you have specific complaints or ideas, you should definitely come back to the Ideate board and submit those for consideration. I assure you they will be considered, because I've submitted dozens of them over my 10+ years with Square and many of them were adopted.
But I would recommend that you change your attitude and be civil and human about your requests. Otherwise, I can assure you that they will be ignored, whether they are great or not.
