why is square taking 30 percent of every transaction I run and holding it for 120 Days this is over kill they have been doing this sense covid started anyone else having this happen to them

Definitely not.  The only time I have heard of anything similar is when an account was under review but even then it wasn't taking a percentage but holding the whole amount.
