Why does square keep asking me for the same information I have already provided them?

Square is withholding payments to my bank account because of a transaction they flagged. I provided square with information they requested, and they still keep telling me to send them a copy of the invoice for the particular transaction that I have already sent them. Every time I call the customer service number, I just get an automated message telling me that square can't help me right now. I really need to get access to my funds.
